Thank you for shopping at our online store! It is our hope that the products offered here will
help both children and adults sprout, grow, and heal.
At The Resiliency Publishing House, every book and product is created with deep care,
intention, and purpose. Because many of our items are made especially for you at the time
of your order, we have the following policy in place:
No Refunds
At this time, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns.
This is because many of our books are print-on-demand, meaning they are produced
individually through our printing partner once your order is placed. As a result, items
cannot be restocked or resold.
If Your Item Arrives Damaged
We truly want you to receive your item in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are more than happy to send a
replacement.
To request a replacement:
• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order details and a photo of the issue
Once reviewed, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
Merchandise Purchases
Items purchased through our Shopify store are also non-refundable.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement
following the same process above.
Alternative Purchasing Option
If you prefer the added assurance of a platform that offers refunds and returns, many of our
books (excluding spiral-bound editions) are also available for purchase through Amazon.
